Relationship Therapy North Cumbria opened in 2025, bringing our supportive and confidential therapy services to the beautiful Lake District and surrounding areas. We chose Cumbria for its sense of community, natural beauty, and emphasis on wellbeing — an inspiring environment for reflective and restorative therapeutic work.
